CANbus Tyre Pressure Monitoring System TPMS Sensor Auto Corner Recognition 6-8-10 tires solution available


Automatic positioning principle of tire pressure monitoring system:

1. When the vehicle speed is ≥30Km/h, the tire pressure monitoring system controller enters the TPMS sensor automatic calibration mode;

2.At this time, all TPMS sensors regularly send location information to the tire pressure monitoring system controller, and the tire pressure monitoring system controller will pre-store the ID number and location information of each sensor.

3. TPMS Sensor position calibration:

3.1 The tire pressure monitoring system controller sends the shaft position information to the TPMS sensor through the left and right low-frequency antennas, and the TPMS sensor saves the shaft position information;

3.2 About 5 minutes later, the tire pressure monitoring system controller analyzes and processes the received TPMS sensor position information, and finally stores the sensor ID number in the corresponding location of the tire pressure monitoring system controller. At this time, the automatic calibration is completed.

Product power supply method

1)The monitor is connected to ACC(9V~36V)and GND

2)The sensor is built-in a battery and does not require power supply

3)Wheel position controller is connected to  ACC(12V~32V)

Internal Bandage Sensor

The sensor is installed on the wheel hub with a strap. It is currently only supported for use on tubeless tires. The arrow mark on the sensor must be installed upwards to the valve, otherwise it will cause automatic learning to fail. It is recommended that the sensor be installed next to the valve. As shown below.

Wheel position controller

The wheel position controller is installed within 1m-1.5m in front of or behind the middle of the four rear wheels. The installation location should be in a relatively open location.The wheel position controller cannot be lower than the nearest crossbeam of the car chassis to the ground.(As shown in Figure 2-1 below).The low-frequency antenna of the wheel position controller is installed on the front or rear side of the tire, and in the middle of the two wheels

Automatic positioning and debugging

After installing the entire set of products, when the vehicle is preparing for road testing, the display must be manually switched into automatic learning mode.The specific operation is as follows. After powering on, press and hold the leftmost OK button for about 5 seconds. After hearing a beep, release it. The English word "Learning" will appear on the right to enter the automatic positioning mode. After completion, the debugging can be completed and the vehicle can be tested on the road.
